Me being all artsy and contemplative
What to say about me… this is always the hard part, isn’t it? Well, my REAL name is Ralf Wall and I’m an artist who loves cartooning (obviously) but I also love watercolour and oil painting. I mostly do landscapes but have been known to branch out into the abstract (and impressionism). I have been doing art my whole life, but stop doing the “fine arts” for about 10 years.
I’m also a Graphic Designer during the day, creating websites, promotional material (flyers, brochures, postcards, posters, etc…) I’m mostly self taught and I just love LOVE being creative.
My biggest supporter is my wife Kim (aka Kitara) who has really inspired me to get off my butt and produce more artwork. I’ve done more works of art since I met her, then all my years before combined. She even let me transform the entire basement into my art studio! I count myself as one of the luckiest men alive for having met her.
Of course I shouldn’t forget my friends and family who also support and encourage me. I always love it when I can create something that makes one of them stand back and go “wow”.
On top of all this artwork, I am also a DJ. Music is just as important to me as the visual arts. It enhances the mood and lets me dream up new ideas.
